Asset visibility
Every asset on EVIDENT has a visibility setting that determines who can see and interact with it.
Public
Visible to all eligible investors on the platform. No access code needed — you can browse, research, watchlist, and (if available) commit, subscribe, or trade like any other asset.
Exclusive
Visible only to investors with a personal access code for that asset. You'll see the asset on the market only after entering your access code. Until then, the asset is hidden from your view.
Private
The most restricted state — commitment-only, accessible only via personal access code. These are typically used for bespoke deals offered to a specific set of investors.
Why visibility differs
Visibility lets the deal sponsor or platform control distribution. Some deals are open to the entire investor base; others are reserved for invited investors only, often due to regulatory restrictions, capacity limits, or relationship-specific terms.
