How do I convert between currencies in my wallet?

Currency swap

You can convert between currencies in your platform wallet at any time using the Swap function on the Currencies page.

How it works

1. Open the Currencies page and click Swap
2. Select the FROM currency and source wallet — the available amount is shown
3. Select the TO currency — the platform displays an indicative exchange rate and any applicable fees
4. Enter the amount you want to swap
5. Click Swap now

What happens next

Your swap request is created and reviewed by our team. Once approved, the FROM currency is debited and the TO currency is credited — you'll receive an email confirming the swap is complete.

If for any reason the swap is rejected, no balance change is made and you'll be notified by email.
