Eligibility
EVIDENT is built for Professional Investors as defined under Hong Kong SFC regulations. Eligibility depends on whether you are joining as an individual or as a company.
Individual investors
To qualify, you must be able to evidence a portfolio of HKD 8 million or equivalent — excluding real estate. Accepted evidence includes a statement of account or portfolio, a confirmation of public filing, or a confirmation letter from a CPA.
Corporate investors
To qualify, the entity must be able to evidence a portfolio of US$1.1 million or equivalent, or qualify as an Institutional Professional Investor (a fund, Collective Investment Scheme, or other regulated investment vehicle).
You'll be asked to self-declare your Professional Investor status during onboarding, and to upload supporting evidence as part of the verification flow.
