I haven't received my verification email — what should I do?

If your verification email hasn't arrived

The email verification link is sent immediately after you sign up. Try these steps in order:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Verification emails from EVIDENT sometimes land in spam, particularly with corporate email systems.

2. Confirm the email address you used

Double-check that the email address on your registration is correct — a single typo will route the email elsewhere.

3. Request a new verification link

The verification link expires 24 hours after it's sent. If it's expired or you can't find the original, return to the platform and request a new link.

4. Contact support if it still doesn't arrive

If you've checked spam and requested a new link without success, email support@evident.capital and we'll investigate from our side.
