How long does a bank transfer deposit take?

Bank transfer deposits to EVIDENT are typically processed within 3 business days from when the funds arrive in our designated account.

What affects the timing

The total time you'll wait depends on three things:

• How long your bank takes to send the wire (international transfers can take 1–3 business days on their own)
• How quickly we receive the funds and match them to your request
• Compliance reconciliation, which is usually fast but may take longer for first-time deposits or unusual amounts

Speed-ups

Provide your transaction reference number and upload your transaction receipt when you submit the deposit request — this helps us match the funds faster.

What you'll receive

Once the deposit is processed, you'll get a Confirmation of Funds Received email with a PDF confirmation attached, and the credit will appear in your wallet.
