Using your temporary password
If EVIDENT sent you a temporary password — either after registration or when an advisor invited you — it's a one-time credential intended to get you logged in for the first time.
How to use it
- Open the EVIDENT login page
- Enter your email and the temporary password from the email
- Click Log In
- You'll be prompted to set a permanent password before continuing — enter a new password that meets the requirements (12+ alphanumeric characters)
Time limits
- If you registered yourself, the temporary password must be changed within 10 days of account creation
- If you were invited by an advisor, the temporary password must be changed at first login (forced)
If your temporary password expires
If you let the deadline pass without logging in, the temporary password becomes invalid. Contact support@evident.capital and we can issue a new one.
