Documents required
Corporate onboarding is a two-stage process, and you'll need documents for both the Authorized Representative (AR) and the organisation itself.
For the Authorized Representative
- Authorisation Document on company letterhead granting AR authority — must include the AR's full name, the powers granted, date of authorisation, and signature of a board member or equivalent
- Valid government-issued ID
- Proof of address (under 3 months old)
For the Organisation
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Association
- Register of Shareholders
- Register of Directors
- Supporting documents if the entity is regulated or registered with a regulator
- Professional Investor Confirmation — evidence of a portfolio of US$1.1M or equivalent (or qualification as an Institutional Professional Investor)
The AR verifies first, then the organisation. Your UBOs and directors will also receive automatic invitations to complete their own identity verification.
