Legal structures
Behind the scenes, each asset is structured using one of three legal wrappers: Beneficial Interest, Limited Partnership Interest, or Shares. The structure determines the specific confirmation document you receive on subscription, commitment, or trade, and the legal nature of your ownership stake.
