About the Data Room
The Data Room is a secure document repository for each asset on EVIDENT. It houses everything you need to evaluate or follow an investment — from marketing materials and term sheets to legal documents and periodic reports.
How to access a Data Room
Two ways:
- Direct link — an EVIDENT admin or your advisor can send you a shareable link to a specific asset's Data Room
- Asset research page — click Data Room → View documents on any asset
What you can do
Inside the Data Room, you can read documents in a secure in-browser viewer. The available documents depend on your access tier (more on that in a related article). Documents are organised into labelled folders for easy navigation.
NDA requirement
For some assets, you'll be asked to sign an NDA before you can view the documents. This is automatic — you'll be prompted when you enter the Data Room.
