Regulatory framework
The platform operates under Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations. This shapes who can invest with us, how we onboard you, and the documentation we provide.
Because of the SFC framework, EVIDENT is built specifically for Professional Investors and applies remote onboarding requirements set by the regulator — including an initial deposit during account activation.
