What is a Capital Call Notice and what do I need to do?

Capital Call Notice

A Capital Call Notice is the formal request for you to send a specific amount of funds against your commitment. You'll receive one any time the deal sponsor draws down on your commitment — typically when the deal makes investments or has expenses to fund.

What it contains

• The amount being called
• The deadline by which the funds need to arrive
• The wire instructions or platform instructions for funding
• A reference number and link to the deal

What you need to do

1. Make sure you have sufficient funds in your wallet (or top up via Deposit) before the deadline
2. The platform will draw the called amount automatically from your wallet on or before the deadline
3. You'll receive a confirmation once the call is settled

If you can't fund the call

Failure to fund a capital call is a serious breach of your Investment Agreement. If you're concerned you won't be able to meet a call, contact support@evident.capital immediately to discuss options.
