A Certificate of Transfer is the formal record of unit transfer from one investor to another via the secondary market. It's generated automatically whenever a secondary market trade settles.

What it contains

• The asset details (name, structure, units transferred)
• The date and time of execution
• The price per unit and total value
• The buyer and seller account references
• EVIDENT's confirmation of the transfer

Where to find it

Both buyer and seller receive the Certificate of Transfer automatically:

• Via email when the trade settles
• In Account Centre → My Documents for future reference

Why it matters

The Certificate of Transfer is your formal proof of the change in ownership — useful for your own records, accounting, and any reporting obligations you may have.
