Where do I find my Add Fund or Withdraw Fund Confirmation PDFs?

Finding your funding confirmation PDFs

Every deposit and withdrawal you make generates a PDF confirmation that's both emailed to you and stored on the platform for download later.

Two ways to access them

1. From your email

You'll receive a Confirmation of Funds Received email (for deposits) or Withdrawal Processed Successfully email (for withdrawals) when the transaction is complete — with the PDF attached.

2. From the platform

1. Open Transaction Activity from the main navigation
2. Click the Funding tab
3. Find and click the relevant transaction ticket
4. Download the PDF directly from the ticket

What's in the PDF

Both PDFs include your account reference, the transaction amount and currency, the date, the source or destination bank account, and EVIDENT's confirmation of receipt or payment. Keep these for your records — they're useful for reconciliation and any internal reporting you do.
