Investment term updates
If material terms change for an asset you've invested in — for example, a change to the redemption frequency, fee structure, or minimum holding period — EVIDENT notifies you by email so you can review the change.
Why this matters
Material changes can affect the economics or liquidity of your investment. The notification gives you the information you need to:
- Understand the change and its implications
- Decide whether to take any action (such as redeeming if the change is material to you)
- Keep your records up to date
Where to find updates
You can also see all updates and events posted to an asset directly on that asset's page, in the Updates section. If you've configured your watchlist notifications for "Asset delivery, updates, and events," you'll receive emails for these in real time.
What's not included in this
Day-to-day price movement, regular NAV updates, and operational events don't trigger notifications — only changes that materially affect the structure or terms of your investment.
