Can I pause onboarding and come back later?

Pausing and resuming

Onboarding doesn't need to happen in one sitting. You can pause at any step — your progress is saved automatically and you'll pick up where you left off the next time you log in.

Where you can pause

You can leave and return between any of the onboarding steps:

• Between sign-up and email verification
• Between email verification and signing declarations
• Anywhere within identity and wealth verification
• Between Verified and Complete tiers

Time-sensitive items

A couple of things to be aware of:

• Your email verification link is valid for 24 hours — if it expires, just request a new one
• Your temporary password (if you received one) needs to be changed within 10 days of account creation

Other than those, there's no time pressure to complete onboarding.
