Commitment rejections are rare, but they do happen — typically when:
You'll receive an email explaining that your commitment hasn't been accepted, with a reason. No funds will have been escrowed at this stage, so nothing is debited from your wallet.
If the rejection is due to an account-level issue you can resolve (a verification document expiring, for example), addressing the issue may allow you to re-commit if the deal is still open. If the rejection is due to deal-level restrictions, the rejection is final — but you can still IOI or commit to other deals as normal.
