Why the swap rate is indicative

The exchange rate you see on the Swap screen is described as indicative because the actual rate applied to your swap is determined when our team executes the conversion, not when you submit the request.

Why we work this way

Foreign exchange markets move continuously. By executing your swap against the live market rate at the moment of execution, we make sure the conversion reflects current market conditions rather than a snapshot from a few minutes (or hours) earlier.

What this means for you

• The amount you receive may differ slightly from the indicative estimate shown at submission
• The difference is typically small and reflects normal market fluctuation between submission and execution
• You'll see the final, actual rate applied in your confirmation email and transaction record
