A campaign on EVIDENT is a defined fundraising window during which a deal accepts firm investment commitments. Each commitment-based deal has at least one campaign.

Lifecycle of a campaign

• The campaign opens with a clear start date, target raise, and minimum commitment
• Investors can commit during the open period — their commitments are tracked toward the target
• One week before close, and one day before close, EVIDENT notifies all watchers
• At the campaign's close, no further commitments are accepted
• Commitments are reviewed and accepted (or rejected/reduced)
• Allotment occurs and units are issued to investors

Where to see campaign status

On any asset page, the asset card and the deal data show the current campaign state — days to close, target raise, and remaining allocation if visible. Your watchlist surfaces the same data live.
