An Indication of Interest is a non-binding signal that you're interested in investing in a particular asset — at an amount you specify. IOIs are used to gauge demand for a deal before it formally opens for firm commitments.

Why we collect IOIs

For many private market deals, the size of the offering and final allocation depend on how much demand exists. By collecting IOIs ahead of opening commitments, EVIDENT and the deal sponsor can:

• Understand expected demand
• Right-size the offering
• Identify and reach out to interested investors when commitments open

How to submit one

When an asset is in IOI status, click Indicate Interest on the asset page. Enter your indicated investment amount, acknowledge the Letter of Intent (LOI), and submit. The asset will be auto-added to your watchlist so you'll be notified when it moves to Open for Commitment.
