When do I need to sign an NDA?

NDA requirement

Some assets have a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place, set up by the EVIDENT admin team. When you enter a Data Room for one of those assets, you'll be prompted to sign the NDA before you can view any documents.

Why NDAs are used

NDAs protect confidential information that the seller, sponsor, or platform doesn't want disseminated beyond serious potential investors. By signing, you commit to keeping the documents and their contents confidential.

When you'll be asked to sign

• The first time you enter a Data Room for an asset that has an NDA
• If a previously-unsigned NDA gets added to an asset you're already exploring

Where to find a copy of NDAs you've signed

Signed NDAs are stored in your Account Centre under My Documents, alongside your other platform agreements.
